Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The quality management department needs to be responsible for the effective operation and management of the quality management system, tracing the causes of defective products, and corrective and preventive measures.
The technical department is responsible for debugging, receiving, and assisting in solving various on-site technical problems encountered by customers, and prompt feedback for on-site information to the sales and R&D departments.
Quality Control Procedures
Steps after the goods are produced:
1. QC detection of motherboard
2. Wave soldering-software burning and initial inspection
3. Assembly of the whole machine
4. Aging test (100% aging for 4 hours)
5. Manual detection of the aging machine (main function after assembly)
6. Packing
7. OQC finished product inspection
8. Finished products are put into storage after passing the test
